Fee Structure and Payment

Fee Structure for the session 2026-27:

Fee Payment Instructions:

Fee will be accepted on all working days from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

Fee is to be paid in four quarterly instalments by 20th of the first month of each quarter (i.e. April, July, October & January). Annual charges are payable in the 1st quarter.

Fee may be paid by cheque or online, as detailed below.

Offline Payment (by cheque):

 

Fee cheque to be issued in favour of THE ELISABETH GAUBA SCHOOL (student's name, admission number, class and parent's mobile number must be mentioned on the back of the fee cheque.)

Post Dated cheque shall not be accepted.

If the cheque is returned unpaid by the bank, there will be a penalty of Rs. 250.

In such event, fee shall be accepted only through a PAY ORDER (banker’s cheque) for the full amount along with a penalty of Rs. 250.
