• Strong skills in Curriculum Development, Teaching, and Elementary Education are
essential.
• A degree in Education (B.Ed/B.El.Ed).
• Montessori /ECCE training would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in effective Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in teaching or in the relevant field of specialization (pre-primary, primary) is
highly desirable.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages
student growth and development.
